The Allergy Chart has been designed with busy parents in mind, so you have a shared resource in the family home or elsewhere which keeps track of what allergens you have introduced to your baby - meaning parents and guardians are all on the same page.
HOW TO USE:
Simply stick the magnetic Allergy Chart to your fridge and use the white board marker to write down your child’s name.
Each time you introduce a food allergen, write the date and time next to the food you are introducing as well as the exposure number.
In the Reaction section you can record whether or not they had a reaction, and if they did experience any symptoms, you can record their symptoms. Keeping the whole family (and any helpers) on the same page.
Include any other information in the Notes section. i.e likes/dislikes, key milestones etc
