Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. All parcels are securely packaged and sent via courier with tracking to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

South Island

Australia
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout to your address

Returns Policy
All sales are final. We want you to feel confident ordering from us, but as a small business we can only accept returns in specific cases.
Returns are accepted if:
Your order arrives damaged or is faulty.
You contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage or fault, your order number and proof of purchase.
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement copy at no additional cost. Mama’s Meals reserves the right to decline a refund if the return doesn’t meet the criteria above.
We’re unable to accept:
Change-of-mind returns.
Items returned after the 5-day window above.
