Hi, I’m Di — a certified nutrition consultant, recipe creator, and founder of Mama’s Meals. I’m deeply passionate about helping families eat well and truly thrive. My work is grounded in the belief that food is not only nourishment, but also a powerful medicine.
I support families through some of the most important and sometimes overwhelming feeding stages—from starting solids with confidence, to navigating food sensitivities, eczema, constipation, and more. With a holistic approach to nutrition, my aim is to provide achievable solutions that support everyday life.
In addition to one-on-one support, I also offer a meal planning and recipe subscription, What’s For Dinner, which is enjoyed by families all over the world. It's filled with wholesome, family-friendly recipes designed to make feeding your household easier, more inspiring, and full of variety—without the stress.
